The Bilingual Technical Training & Field Service Specialist develops and delivers technical training in Canada and supports troubleshooting of devices when not delivering training. In addition to training-related activities, the role provides technical assistance to colleagues as required, including on‑call support, inspections, repairs, upgrades, and installations in clinics, hospitals, donor centers, and other equipment locations.
The estimated salary range for this position is $76,320.00 – $114,480.00 CAD annually. Salary is based on skills, expertise, and experience, with potential incentive compensation under the Management Incentive Compensation Plan.
