Senior Clinical Data Manager - CRO - Remote

About our Client: Barrington James is proud to partner with a highly respected well established CRO client, seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Data Manager to join their growing team, this is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in a collaborative, innovative environment working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of clinical data management for assigned studies, ensuring high-quality, compliant data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain study-specific data management strategies and timelines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact for sponsors and internal teams on data-related topics, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring all data handling adheres to regulatory standards, SOPs, and study protocols.
• Provide guidance and training to data management staff, promoting consistency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices across projects.
• Coordinate data exchanges and performance monitoring with third-party vendors, ensuring accurate and timely data integration into study databases.
• Support client audits and inspections, address findings, and contribute to process optimization initiatives within the data management function.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, biostatistics preferred)
• 5 years clinical data management within pharmaceutical or Biotech
• CRO experience ( required)
