Job description

What You’ll Do
Keep Things Moving: Help primary machine operators move materials and keep production running smoothly.

Learn New Skills: Train on advanced equipment to build your technical knowledge fast.

Support the Team: Work with your crew to hit daily production goals.

Be Reliable: Show up on time for 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to ensure smooth shift handovers.

What You Need
Experience: Some background working in a factory or manufacturing setup.

Transportation: A reliable personal vehicle to get to work every day.

Dependability: A great attendance record and respect for your team’s time.

Drive: Ready to start right away and motivated to grow with our company.

Pay: $19.43 / hour

Advantages
Schedule: 12-hour rotational shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to:
-Following the required company SOP’s, Procedures and Health & Safety Standards in order to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
-Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment to extrusion operator/team lead.
-Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with production team leader/ operators
-Carrying out other associated duties as directed by Management and the Production Team Leader
-Ensure that all materials are handled, sorted and used in accordance with Work Place Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHIMIS).
-Palletize all products as needed
-Ensuring PPE is worn always necessary

Qualifications
Qualifications we would like to see:

-6 months or more of experience in a manufacturing setting
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs
