Job description
This role oversees and coordinates the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure optimal machinery performance and plant efficiency. It involves supervising staff, managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and hands-on experience with industrial machinery.

Responsibilities
– Lead and supervise electricians and maintenance mechanics to ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations.
– Manage and update preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment.
– Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and supervise approved repairs.
– Prepare and manage work orders, documentation, and material requests for maintenance activities.
– Evaluate completed maintenance tasks, ensure compliance with quality standards, and report findings.
– Coordinate with engineering, production, and outside vendors as required for repairs or improvements.
– Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment and ensure adherence to all company health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of hands-on machinery maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
– Valid maintenance license.
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, use precision measuring tools, and perform basic electrical/mechanical tasks.
– Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
– Proficiency in using maintenance documentation such as PM records, work orders, and material requests.
