Our client in York Region, ON is actively seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and manage all manufacturing operations at their facility. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is responsible for overall plant performance, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Plant Manager will oversee production, budgeting, operational controls, and team leadership while driving efficiency through lean manufacturing principles and performance metrics. This individual will play a key role in aligning plant operations with organizational objectives and fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
