Assistant Store Manager
As the Assistant Store Manager you provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the companys vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. Youassistin maximizing store profitability by achieving store sales goals. You ensure that store standards and processes for merchandising operationsstaffingand community engagement are well executed.As needed you will assume responsibility for the store in the Store Managers absence. You create an inclusive environment always putting our internal and external customers first. How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Maximize store sales achieve store salesgoalsandmonitorsales progress & results against key targets.
Inspire and model a consumer centric mindset by exemplifying selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers for the teams to emulate.
Support the Store Manager with networking attracting recruiting and interviewing high caliber talent.
Provide direct coaching feedbacktrainingand supervision of the associates ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed and in compliance.
Demonstrate clear communication training and coaching toassistin setting expectations on customer engagement store policies and procedures as well as fosteringa strong team.
Assistin managing expenses to maximize sales and profitability.
Cultivate an environment of productivity by ensuring the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet store goals for sales and customer engagement.
Skills for Success
What you bring:
3 years of related professional/retail management experience
Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends evenings and holidays
Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results
Proven communication skills both written and verbal
Solution oriented
Ability to be flexible in a fastpaced-environment
A formal education andsubsequentundergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements

Maximisez les ventes en magasin atteignez les objectifsde vente enmagasinetsurveillez les progrès et les résultats des ventes par rapport aux objectifs clés.
Inspirez et modélisez un état desprit centré sur le consommateur en illustrant les comportements de vente grâce à de véritables interactions avec les clients pour que les équipes les imitent.
Soutenez le directeur du magasin en faisant du réseautage en attirant en recrutant et en interviewant des talents de haut calibre.
Fournir un encadrement direct une rétroaction une formation et une supervision des associés en veillant à ce que toutes les politiques et procédures de lentreprise soient respectées et conformes.
Faire preuve dune communication dune formation et dun encadrement clairs pour aider à établir les attentes en matière dengagement des clients les politiques et les procédures du magasin ainsi quà favoriser une équipe solide.
Aider à gérer les dépenses afin de maximiser les ventes et la rentabilité.
Cultiver un environnement de productivité en sassurant que léquipe du magasin possède les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs du magasin en matière de vente et dengagement client.

Plus de 3 ans dexpérience connexe en gestion professionnelle et dans le commerce de détail
Capacité datteindre les objectifs de lentreprise en envoyant des résultats grâce aux équipesde magasin
Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible pour répondre aux besoins de lentreprise; nécessitera des week-ends des soirées et des jours fériés

Hiring Range:
$24.60 - $28.98 CAD per hourIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
