WhatYoullBe doing

The Associate Communications will be a key member of our Communications& Public Affairsteam andis responsible forcoordinating internal or external communications and supporting key operational and administrative activities in support of our executive members. The role applies basic theories toaccomplishsmall-scope assignments following detailed instructions and documented procedures. The Associate Communications uses judgement to manage priorities andapproach providing support on communications initiatives and resolving basic issues.

Important Information

  • Duration of term: Summer 2026 (May 2026 August 2026).

  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered Co-op program to be considered for this role.

  • You are a university student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.

  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint Excel Outlook Word.

  • You must be legally eligible to work within Canada.

  • Please include your resume (no more than 2 pages) a cover letter (no more than 1 page)and your most recent unofficial transcript with your application. These should all be uploaded as a single pdf document.

  • We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation coding Frenchproficiency MS Office). Our goal for the application process is to get to know more about you all that you have to offer and give you the opportunity to learn more about us.
