Your day-to-day role

• Provide personalized support and build strong, trust-based relationships with clients ;
• Understand client needs to offer tailored insurance solutions ;
• Contribute to client retention and long-term loyalty ;
• Ensure efficient service for policy changes and renewals ;
• Identify opportunities to expand your book of business ;
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment ;

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a personality, not just a résumé:

• Certified Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker (valid AMF license required) ;
• Strong listening skills to properly assess client needs ;
• Solid understanding of the personal lines insurance market ;
• Comfortable with industry tools (major asset): insurer portals, Applied Tarif Expert, Applied EPIC, etc ;
• Bilingual (French & English) – strong asset.
