Our service team is looking for an autonomous TAG 1 technician to ensure the performance of our specialized equipment. This pivotal role combines cutting-edge technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and international travel for high-level training.

Responsibilities
As a tag 1 gas specialist for the Montréal territory, your tasks will be:

Technical expertise: Ensure the commissioning (start-up), diagnosis, and complex troubleshooting of industrial boilers.

Control and automation: Perform basic PLC programming and control systems troubleshooting.

Service management: Produce rigorous digital service reports and maintain exemplary customer communication.

Seasonal versatility: Support ventilation projects during the summer season.

Qualifications
The requirements to be selected for this position of field technician, tag 1 gas specialist are:

Certifications: Mandatory TAG-1 card and ASP Construction card.

Experience: 2 to 3 years in stationary engine mechanics or industrial heating.

Mobility: Valid driver's license, citizenship/permanent residency, and a clean criminal record for travel to the USA.

Communicate in French and in English: the company provides service to French, and English-speaking clients only. Some training sessions are in English only, and other only in French.

Technical skills: Solid background in hydronics and automation (experience with the Fulton brand is a major asset).

Interpersonal skills: Strong aptitude for customer service, functional bilingualism, and computer literacy.
