Job Summary:
The IT Infrastructure & Network Support Specialist is a technical role responsible for providing end-user IT support while also supporting and maintaining the organization’s network and core IT infrastructure. This role bridges frontline IT support and backend network operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and technically strong, with experience supporting users while also troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues.

***Please note that you will have to complete training in our Ontario Distribution Center for two weeks. Accommodations will be provided.
