Whatyoullbe doing

Join CIBCs Real Estate team where youll play a key role in supporting new lease this position youll conduct site analysis inspect building conditions and participate in test fits to assess suitability for CIBCs needs. Youll also contribute to implementation drawings and collaborate with external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

• You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to beconsidered fora role.

Howyoullsucceed

• Architectural Skills & Visualization . Proficient in AutoCAD and other visualization programs which is considered an asset. Demonstrates the ability to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings and visual representations supporting effective project planning and communication
• Collaboration- Collaborating with internal risk partners to analyze key risks and mitigation strategies in existing and new credits.
• Time Management- Youll ensuretimelyproduction and distribution of performance reports and statements of net worth.
• Assistingthe team- Youll provide exceptional client service and perform general administrative and operational support.
• Building efficiencies -Youll drive continuous improvement of operational policies and procedures supporting various other activities.

• Pursuing a Degree in Architecture Currently enrolled in an accredited architectural program
• Adaptability Willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly in a dynamic environment.
