Your Role

Reporting to the Executive Chef

Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown is currently recruiting for a Part Time Station Chef! In this role, you will:

  • Prepare food for the restaurant and banquets, all in accordance with the established standards (quality, quantity, and presentation).
  • Taste and monitor food that is being served, ensuring taste, temperature and presentation meet our standards.
  • Responsible for cleaning the workstation and ensuring a neat and organized space.
  • Contribute to the development of the daily specials.
  • Assist with ordering supplies and completing inventory when needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Previous experience as a Cook in a busy environment is required.
  • Must have valid Food Handlers Certification.
  • Excellent communication and positive attitude.
  • Passionate about the culinary and dining experience.
  • Strong organization skills and a proficient multi-tasker.
  • Must be available to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons and evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
