Overview Partenaire Expérience & Environnement de Travail (Work & Experience Parter) - Missions Principales Graitec est à la recherche d’un(e) Partenaire Expérience & Environnement de Travail. Ce rôle stratégique vise à façonner et optimiser les environnements de travail à l’échelle mondiale, tout en soutenant la performance organisationnelle grâce à des analyses basées sur les données et à des pratiques opérationnelles alignées. Il s’agit d’un poste hautement connecté au niveau global, responsable de la conception de l’expérience employé, de l’habilitation des équipes et de la collaboration transversale. Vos principales responsabilités Expérience Employé & Intégration Concevoir et orchestrer des programmes d’intégration et de pré‑intégration harmonisés à l’échelle mondiale. Assurer la préparation complète des nouveaux employés (TI, environnement de travail, communications, parties prenantes). Gérer les annonces et communications visant à renforcer la visibilité des nouvelles embauches et la marque employeur de Graitec. Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d’embauche afin de créer une première semaine structurée et engageante. Stratégie Environnementale & Activation Culturelle Dynamiser les bureaux Graitec afin qu’ils soient vivants, engageants et connectés. Traduire les prévisions d’effectifs et les besoins d’affaires en plans d’aménagement proactifs. Soutenir les initiatives de bien‑être (zones calmes, espaces collaboratifs, conception des espaces). Opérations RH & Intégration des Analyses Valider les données liées aux espaces physiques, aux tendances de présence hybride et aux taux d’occupation. Contribuer à la planification organisationnelle par des analyses de capacité et des recommandations éclairées. Assurer la conformité en matière de santé et sécurité, d’exactitude des lieux de travail des employés et de gouvernance globale des installations. Mobilité Internationale & Soutien aux Talents Appuyer les processus de mobilité globale : visas, permis de travail, renouvellements et préparation des bureaux d’accueil. Gérer les dossiers de mobilité et coordonner les interactions avec les fournisseurs externes. Faciliter les relocalisations transfrontalières et l’installation des employés. Départ d'employés & Gouvernance du Cycle de Vie Employé Diriger les processus de départ alignés au HRIS et assurer la récupération des actifs. Gérer la désactivation des accès employé, la documentation et les étapes de conformité. Garantir une expérience de départ positive, cohérente avec les valeurs et pratiques mondiales de Graitec. Culture, Événements & Reconnaissance Coordonner les programmes de reconnaissance culturelle et les célébrations internes. Soutenir les leaders dans l’intégration de pratiques de reconnaissance au quotidien. Planifier des événements sécuritaires, conformes, avec une analyse claire du rendement (ROI) et respectant les standards globaux. Diversité, Durabilité & Programmes de Changement Soutenir les audits d’accessibilité, les initiatives de durabilité et les pratiques alignées aux principes ESG. Contribuer aux programmes de gestion du changement par la reconfiguration des espaces et le soutien aux communications. Marque Employeur & Communications Renforcer la marque employeur de Graitec. Créer du contenu engageant pour les plateformes internes (Gnet) et LinkedIn. Gouvernance Stratégique des Installations & Actifs Corporatifs Superviser la gouvernance et l’optimisation des actifs corporatifs : consolidation, analyse coût‑valeur, allocation stratégique des ressources pour soutenir l’efficacité opérationnelle et l’évolutivité organisationnelle. Gérer le cycle de vie des contrats et la stratégie du portefeuille de fournisseurs (renouvellements, risques, optimisation). Diriger les activités liées à l’optimisation des environnements corporatifs et assurer la gouvernance des opérations et services d’installations à l’échelle mondiale. What You Will Lead: Employee Experience & Onboarding Excellence Design and orchestrate globally consistent onboarding and pre‑boarding experiences. Ensure readiness across IT, workplace, communications, and stakeholder touchpoints. Lead communication announcements for new‑hire visibility moments that support Graitec’s employer brand. Partner with Hiring Managers to create meaningful first‑week experiences. Workplace Strategy & Culture Activation Drive the cultural energy of Graitec offices so they feel alive, engaging, and connected. Translate business and headcount forecasts into proactive workspace planning. Support wellbeing initiatives (quiet areas, collaboration zones, space design). People Operations & Analytics Integration Validate physical‑space data, hybrid attendance patterns, and occupancy metrics. Contribute to workforce planning with capacity analytics and actionable insights. Ensure compliance with H&S, employee location accuracy, and global facilities governance. Global Mobility & Talent Enablement Support global mobility processes: visas, work permits, renewals, and office readiness. Administer mobility cases and coordinate with external vendors. Facilitate smooth cross‑border relocations and employee settling. L&D Operations Global support Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle Governance Lead HRIS‑aligned processes and secure asset allocation & return. Manage access removal, documentation, and compliance steps for new joiners or leavers. Ensure the best employee experience aligned to Graitec’s values and worldwide practices. Culture, Events & Recognition Coordinate cultural recognition programs, and employee celebrations. Guide leaders in embedding recognition into their team rhythms. Plan compliant and safe events with clear ROI and global standards. Diversity, Sustainability & Change Programs Support accessibility audits, sustainability measures, and ESG‑aligned practices. Contribute to change‑management initiatives through space reconfiguration and communication support. Employer Branding & Communication Enhance Graitec’s employer brand through workplace storytelling and social visibility. Create engaging content for internal channels (Gnet) and LinkedIn. Strategic Facilities & Corporate Assets Governance, Enterprise Asset Governance & Optimization, Responsible for consolidation strategies, cost‑to‑value evaluation, and governance of asset allocation to support operational efficiency and organizational scalability. Contract Lifecycle & Vendor Portfolio Strategy, renewal forecasting, risk assessment. Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Operations Strategy Leadership of activities related to the optimization of corporate workspaces, Accountable for the governance of all facility‑related operations and service delivery frameworks.
