What to expect REBUS is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and help us continue expanding our cloud-based platform.
The Rebus Platform offers exceptional user experiences for distribution teams through real-time, intelligent visibility into warehouse operations.
You will have great flexibility to work in a hybrid/remote environment.
Once you join our team , you will... Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand and identify business and customer needs.
Translate high-level requirements into beautiful, modern, intuitive user interfaces.
This includes designing wireframes and mockups that effectively illustrate your concepts.
Maintain an in-house UI component library (including buttons, dropdowns, icons, etc.) and promote user-centered design standards across the product team.
Provide design guidance and support to software developers during implementation.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance.
Required Experience Bachelor's degree in web design, user experience design, human factors/psychology, or similar.
Experience creating and enforcing UI component libraries or design systems is preferred.
Required Skills A passion for solving complex business and user problems and translating them into simple, modern, effective designs.
A proactive and energetic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to present and defend design decisions to team members and stakeholders Ability to speak up when solutions are not ideal and communicate recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
A strong understanding of user-centered design principles is required A general understanding of front-end languages such as HTML/Sass/JavaScript is a plus.
