• Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary!

Position Description:

Painter: This role is a fun but incredibly challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money reflective of their efforts. The ideal individual is hard working, coachable and has effective communication and time management skills. You will sometimes be required to work at heights or for long hours in warm or inclement weather so needless to say endurance and physical fitness are both assets.

• Daily Tasks include:*
• Following the Student Works Painting Systems - Our systems are proven to provide success in your position.
• Showing up on time in your clean, company provided uniform.
• Setup / Clean up of job sites.
• Performing paint related tasks, such as prepping, brushing, rolling, and spraying various surfaces indoors and outdoors.
• Customer service-related tasks like final project walk throughs to ensure satisfaction. We pride ourselves on making our clients experience second to none in the industry.
• Using and maintaining our top-of-the-line company provided equipment.
• Driving to and from various job sites (including occasional trips to the paint store).
• Keeping a safe work environment and working safely on all job sites.
• Monitoring and maintaining your company provided crew kit.
