Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Inventory Control Specialist supports proper tracking and movement of inventory throughout Raffi Jewellers from orders to sales. The incumbent will be responsible for ordering, coordinating transportation, receiving, coding, and entering items into our system, as well as ensuring timely distribution to the stores. The role oversees quarterly inventory counts, completes reconciliations, and produces relevant reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming shipments, including new inventory as well as service and repair-related orders
  • Prepare, package, and ship service and repair orders to vendors in compliance with company procedures and carrier requirements
  • Process, pack, and ship e-commerce orders accurately, securely, and within required timelines
  • Receive e-commerce returns, coordinate with service department to inspect returned merchandise, verifying condition and authenticity
  • Ensure all outbound shipments, including e-commerce orders, vendor shipments, and inter-store transfers, are properly documented, labeled, and tracked
  • Assist with inventory data entry, tagging, and reconciliation across in-store and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate item details and availability
  • Promptly report discrepancies, damaged merchandise, or delivery issues to management
  • Follow established inventory control, security, safety, and quality standards at all times.
  • Maintain and manage product inventory within Shopify, including loading new products and updating existing listings
  • Source, organize, and upload product imagery in line with brand standards
  • Apply accurate Shopify product tagging to support filters, collections, and on-site navigation
  • Ensure product details (titles, descriptions, pricing, variants) are accurate and consistent
  • Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to keep online listings aligned with in-store inventory
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, or e-commerce fulfillment
  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Experience processing inbound and outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, and tracking
  • Experience supporting inventory reconciliation across in-store and e-commerce systems
  • Prior experience working with high-value and luxury merchandise preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow inventory, security, and shipping procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reconciliation
  • Ability to accurately handle, document, and secure luxury inventory
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment

Projected salary range $50,000 - $60,000.
