About Us:
Abbey’s Bakehouse is a warm and welcoming café and bakery known for handcrafted drinks, fresh-baked treats, and outstanding customer service. We're expanding at Square One Mall and are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team.
Role Overview:
As Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading by example, and ensuring a positive customer and team experience during your shifts. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high service standards while assisting with team training, scheduling, and day-to-day problem-solving.

Abbey’s is located on the shores of Lake Rosseau in Minett, Ontario. The bakery finds its home in a 19th Century church, rebuilt and repurposed from its original location of Digby, Nova Scotia.
Offering a variety of decadent treats, Abbey’s fulfils sweet-tooth cravings for cottage classics like homemade butter tarts, cookies, muffins and granola.
