Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageTravel opportunities throughout Canada and the United StatesWork with specialized, industry-leading equipmentOngoing training and career advancement opportunitiesStable, growing company with a strong reputation in the industryVariety in your work with no two days the sameWhat You'll DoAs a Field Service Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers' equipment operates safely and efficiently.Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer locations and company facilitiesPerform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance and rental-ready conditionDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement timely solutionsProvide exceptional customer service while representing REIC professionally in the fieldTrain customers on the safe and effective operation of equipmentComplete service documentation using company-provided technologyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on scheduleTravel up to 50% throughout North America supporting customer and project needsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy technical challenges, customer interaction, and working in a dynamic environment.QualificationsMechanical, diesel, HVAC, industrial, or related technical experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent customer service and communication skillsComfortable using mobile devices, laptops, and service softwareValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to tow trailers or willingness to learnCommitment to workplace safety and safe work practicesAbility to work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying conditionsPreferred ExperienceHVAC certification or experienceDiesel engine or power generation experienceField service or rental equipment industry experienceExperience working directly with customers in a service environmentThe Ideal CandidateYou are someone who:Takes pride in finding solutions and fixing problemsEnjoys traveling and working in different environmentsThrives in a fast-paced, hands-on roleValues safety, accountability, and teamworkWants to build a long-term career with a growing organizationApply TodayIf you're looking for a career that combines technical challenges, travel opportunities, customer interaction, and professional growth, we'd love to hear from you.Join REIC Rentals and help power success across North America.
