Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Summer SeasonalSpa Receptionist.

Hourly Wage:$24.00 - $25.10
What you will do:
Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests at the Spa and fitness center as a Spa Receptionist.
Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the spa services offered and effectively communicate the options to guests.
Sell retail items and products, ensuringa high levelof service and professionalism.
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Handle guest check-ins, appointments, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure smoothoperationsandoptimalguest satisfaction.
Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Assistin administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing.
What you bring:
Prior Spa or fitness center experience.
Prior reception or customer service experience.
Strong command of the English language.
Excellent commitment to service andteam work.
Valid work authorization in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7,365 daysa year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends,overnightsand holidays.
