This course expands and builds on the substantive legal knowledge and practical legal skills developed in CML 2179 / This course expands and builds on the knowledge and skills developed in CML 3186. Students will undertake advanced skills tasks such as coordinating file work mentoring other students and interacting with lawyers government officials and other relevant parties.Posting limited to:

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.
These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

The Common Law Section is seeking candidates who are leaders in the legal profession. An LL.B. J.D. or equivalent is required for this position. Membership in the Law Society of Ontario (or equivalent) in good standing is an asset. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the area of critical approaches to law. Prior teaching experience will be considered an asset.
The Common Law Section reserves the right to select a candidate who does not fully meet each of these requirements where the candidates selection would be beneficial to the program the course the students or for a related reason.
