As a Scheduling Manager for PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Ottawa, Ontario, you'll have the opportunity to oversee and report on schedules for multiple smaller projects or one larger, complex project. Active in schedule development, construction planning process and project pursuits in collaboration with the superintendent and project manager. Reviewing durations based on quantity and production factors and adjusts master schedule accordingly. Providing schedule risk analysis, reporting outcomes to senior project management, and managing schedule updates.

• 8-10 years of progressive scheduling experience within the construction industry.
• Post-secondary from a recognized architectural, engineering or construction management programs.
• Proven ability in Primavera – P6 and 4D Scheduling.
• In-depth knowledge of construction specifications, building materials, methods and procedures.
• Ability to schedule, monitor and forecast resources for optimum efficiency.
• Strong communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Option to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
Estimated salary range for this new role is $118,000 - $153,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
