The Life and Health Insurance Zone is a place where you’ll find all of the Desjardins products and services that set out to protect the financial security of groups and individuals when it matters most. That includes individual insurance (life, health, disability), group benefits and retirement savings, as well as independent distribution (including partner networks and entities like IDC and Worldsource). 👉Your mandate:
Your talent will be put to good use as you contribute to your host team’s diverse and exciting projects and work with professionals in the above-mentioned sectors. You’ll serve as an advisory analyst in a designed to help highly skilled professionals develop an integrated vision of the organization’s main sectors.
For the first two years, you’ll be given different assignments, such as:
Identifying and analyzing issues, performing diagnostics and issuing recommendations to decision-making bodies
Helping to identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement within your unit
Contributing to the development and monitoring of cross-sector initiatives
Once you complete the two-year development path, you’ll have all the tools needed to pursue a promising career in one of Desjardins’s business segments, according to your interests and the needs of the organization.
What you need to succeed
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships and quickly adapt to fast-paced work environments that are always in flux
Be a self-starter with a curious mind and excellent analytical skills
The ability to create strong ties with others in a proactive manner and demonstrate flexibility

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Be enrolled in a Master of Business Administration program and have completed at least 30 out of 45 credits
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency in English
