DEVELOPMENT & DONOR RELATIONS
The Office of Development and Donor Relations (DDR) is a unit within the Advancement portfolio responsible for the cultivation solicitation and stewardship of private donations made to UNB.
The Research and Stewardship team is responsible for undertaking extensive prospect research providing detailed donor profiles designing and directing stewardship efforts and managing alumni and donor recognition activities.

Standard Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8:15 am - 4:30 pm 36.25 hours per week
Salary Range: $50245 - $68479 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Associate Director Research & Stewardship the Research & Stewardship Coordinator provides tactical support to the implementation measurement and maintenance of various prospecting and stewardship strategies.
Create and support the implementation of stewardship events including gift celebrations receptions dinners reunions etc.
Help develop print digital and social media communications illustrating the impact of philanthropy in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team.

Excellent writing editing communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing technical environment.
Competency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite is required.
Knowledge of a broad range of research techniques including traditional text and periodical research searching databases and online services.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish multiple activities concurrently within tight time frames and shifting deadlines.
A high level of accountability and sound and mature judgment in dealing with confidential and sensitive situations and information.
