Senior SAP BTP Fiori Solution Architect SAP HCM Modernization ECC SHANA Private Cloud

Overview

We are seeking an accomplished SAP BTP and SAP Fiori Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture integration strategy and platform modernization for a large scale SAP HCM transformation migrating the clients existing SAP ECC HR landscape to SAP SHANA Private Cloud Edition PCE

This role is pivotal in establishing a secure scalable future ready HR technology ecosystem The architect will partner closely with client leadership SAP engineering teams and system integrators to define the targetstate architecture lead integration and extensibility design and support the full migration lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

SAP BTP Architecture Technical Leadership

Define and govern the overall SAP Business Technology Platform BTP architecture for extensions integrations workflows and automation

Establish cleancore extensibility standards leveraging side by side extensions CAPbased services BTP Integration Services and modern development frameworks

Lead decisions on runtime environments Cloud Foundry Kyma security models identity architecture and CICD methodologies

Ensure the technical architecture facilitates a clean future ready HR ecosystem

SAP Fiori User Experience Architecture

Architect and guide delivery of SAP Fiori applications across ESS Client HR operations and specialized HR processes

Define UX design standards Launchpad architecture rolebased access and Fiori lifecycle governance

Ensure high usability workforce adoption and alignment with modern SAP UX best practices

SAP HCM SHANA PCE Migration Enablement

Serve as the technical anchor for the ECC HCM to SHANA PCE migration

Collaborate with functional teams to define modernization opportunities integration impacts and target architecture adjustments

Evaluate existing custom code enhancements and interface dependencies to enable a clean and optimized transition

Enterprise Integration Architecture

Architect integrations between SHANA and diverse third party or internal systems including

o SFTP based interfaces

o NAS hosted documents and file repositories

o Mainframe systems

o Payroll vendors time systems and other enterprise applications

Define modern API eventdriven and cloud integration patterns using SAP Integration Suite or equivalent middleware

Establish standards for security encryption data exchange error handling and integration monitoring

Stakeholder Engagement Vendor Management

Act as the primary technical liaison with

o Client IT HR leadership

o SAP product engineering and support teams

o System integrators implementation partners

Drive architecture workshops technical design sessions and solution walkthroughs to achieve alignment and approvals

Governance Quality Compliance

Enforce SAP cleancore principles cloud extensibility standards integration best practices and secure development standards

Oversee endtoend solution quality through design reviews code assessments and integration testing oversight

Conduct architecture reviews code assessments and ensure highquality solution delivery across the program

Ensure compliance with security regulatory and data protection requirements

Documentation Knowledge Transfer

Develop high quality architecture blueprints interface catalogs security models and migration technical design documents

Lead knowledge transfer and enablement sessions to ensure successful operational handover

Required Skills Experience

years of deep SAP technical experience including architecture leadership in complex SAP landscapes

Expertise in SAP BTP including

o CAP NodejsJava

o Identity Authentication IAS Identity Provisioning IPS

o API Management Event Mesh Destinations

o Integration Suite Cloud Integration

Strong experience in SAP Fiori architecture SAPUI OData services and Launchpad design

Demonstrated experience integrating SAP with SFTP NAS Mainframe and diverse third party applications

Strong understanding of SAP HCM ECC technical components and SHANA migration considerations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead multi vendor teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP HCM PCE or hybrid HR landscapes Workday SuccessFactors EC Payroll Time Attendance systems etc

Prior experience in largescale cloud migrations or HR transformation programs

SAP certifications in BTP Integration Suite or FioriUI"
