  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, and community members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Mentor and support apprentices and labourers, helping build local talent and capacity
  • Promote and uphold safety standards, cleanliness, and cultural awareness on all job sites
  • Contribute to building homes, infrastructure, and lasting connections in Northern communities

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or commercial construction
  • Comfortable working in remote environments and Indigenous communities
  • Experience leading apprentices or junior crew members is a strong asset
  • Valid First Aid, WHMIS, and NWT Supervisor Level 2 (or willingness to obtain)

Why Join Tłı̨chǫ Community Builders?

  • Flexible rotational schedules to fit your lifestyle
  • Work on projects that directly benefit Indigenous communities
  • A culture that values safety, mentorship, craftsmanship, and cultural respect
  • Opportunities to lead, teach, and make a lasting impact

If you are ready to bring your skills North and build something meaningful, we want to hear from you. Apply today and become part of construction that goes beyond the blueprint.
