Chicken Deboning & Processing Worker

We are seeking a reliable Chicken Deboning & Processing Worker to join our food production team. The role involves deboning cutting and cleaning chicken while maintaining strict hygiene safety and quality standards in a fast-paced processing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Debone chicken safely and efficiently using knives and tools

• Clean trim and wash chicken according to food safety standards

• Inspect meat for quality defects and contamination

• Follow hygiene sanitation and food handling procedures

• Operate basic processing tools and equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment

• Meet production targets while maintaining quality

• Follow workplace safety and PPE requirements

Requirements

• Experience in chicken deboning meat processing or food production (preferred)

• Ability to work in cold environments and stand for long periods

• Good knife-handling skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
