tes-vous un pionnier, quelqu'un qui considre les territoires inexplors comme un dfi et non comme un obstacle ? Nous recherchons un Responsable Rgional de Ventes qui se nourrit de la concurrence, de l'autonomie et du dfi que reprsente l'ouverture de nouveaux marchs.

Vous reprsenterez notre gamme d'quipements d'emballage automatiss complexes, en travaillant directement avec les dcideurs pour identifier des opportunits, influencer les rsultats et conclure des projets forte valeur ajoute et techniquement sophistiqus. Ce poste ncessite de nombreux dplacements travers les tats-Unis ou le Canada, ainsi qu'un haut niveau de motivation personnelle, de rsilience et de sens des responsabilits.

Vos missions

  • Grer et dvelopper un territoire de vente aux tats-Unis ou au Canada pour des quipements d'emballage complexes et coteux
  • Prospecter, qualifier et faire progresser de nouvelles opportunits commerciales sur des marchs inexplors ou sous-dvelopps
  • Mener des processus de vente consultatifs cycle long, de la prise de contact initiale la conclusion du contrat
  • Influencer les parties prenantes techniques, oprationnelles et dirigeantes grce votre crdibilit et votre persvrance
  • Collaborer avec les quipes d'ingnierie, d'applications et d'exploitation pour laborer des solutions gagnantes
  • S'adapter rapidement aux priorits pour maximiser la dynamique et les rsultats
  • Reprsenter l'entreprise sur les sites des clients, lors d'vnements sectoriels et de salons professionnels

Regional Sales Manager - U.S. or Canadian Territory

Are you a trailblazer, someone who sees uncharted territory as a challenge, not an obstacle? We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager , also known as a an Account Manager or District Manager, who thrives on competition, autonomy, and the challenge of opening new markets.

You will represent our portfolio of complex automated packaging equipment, working directly with decision-makers to uncover opportunities, influence outcomes, and close high-value, technically sophisticated projects. This role requires extensive travel across the United States or Canada and a high level of personal drive, resilience, and ownership.

  • Own and develop a U.S. or Canadian sales territory for complex, capital packaging equipment
  • Prospect, qualify, and advance new business opportunities in uncharted or underdeveloped markets
  • Lead long-cycle, consultative sales processes from initial engagement to contract close
  • Influence technical, operational, and executive stakeholders through credibility and persistence
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Applications, and Operations to craft winning solutions
  • Adapt priorities quickly to maximize momentum and results
  • Represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows
