You’ll be a key contributor to analyzing schedule progress and performance, identifying potential risks and issues, and identify challenges to the project schedule as well facilitate their resolution and assure consistency and quality is adhered to.

Bring your attention to detail anddrive for success, and we’ll help you pursueyour goals–so we can tackle challenging projects, together.

  • Support the project Claims Team in the assessment of contractor claims, including extension-of-time requests, acceleration proposals, and time-related cost impacts in range of options for value stacks.
  • Review contractor early warnings, change notices, and variation proposals, providing objective time-impact assessments and recommendations.
  • Develop and run time impact analyses (TIA), windows analysis, and other recognized delay-analysis methodologies to support fair and evidence-based determinations for commercial settlements and value stacks.
  • Prepare clear, structured technical reports, timelines, and exhibits that explain the scheduling logic, critical path movements, and delay attribution in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Project delivery teams, commercial managers, and legal/claims professionals to align schedule findings with commercial and contractual positions.
  • Ensure that contractor schedules (baseline and updates) are contract-compliant, logically sound, and suitable for reliable delay and progress analysis.
  • Provide early warning insights to the team by identifying emerging risks, slippages, and trends in schedule performance, support proactive mitigation.
  • Support the negotiation of change orders and settlements by quantifying time impacts and advising on defensible positions.
  • Maintain robust audit trails and evidence (schedules, correspondence, progress records) to support potential dispute resolution, adjudication, or arbitration proceedings.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering or related field
