Being a solo parent working in emergency services on shift work is complicated! I've been able to find childcare solutions that work for us, but it's challenging... currently, I'm needing to find responsible, engaged overnight childcare help for February through early April.
It's 7 shifts a month, from ~ 4 : 30pm - 7 : 30am. Would involved evening after-school routine, meal prep / assistance, bath, bedtime routine. My boys are 5 and 6, and typically they go to bed around 7 : 45-8pm. One of my boys is gifted ADHD and very high energy. We have no pets and I'm a non-smoker.
I'm able to offer $18.00 per hour for this position, etransfer.
