Ideal applicants will have 2+ years of high volume invoicing experience and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing data and billing records, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform thorough audits and reconciliations of billing data to identify discrepancies or irregularities and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize billing software and systems to generate accurate invoices for customers based on their energy consumption and contractual agreements.
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers regarding billing inquiries, disputes, and adjustments, ensuring high levels of accuracy

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of billing experience

Experience with vendor management

Advanced Excel skills
