EN: On behalf of a major global European bank, we are seeking a Murex Functional Support Specialist (Credit/Rates). Based in Montreal, you will join the Front Office team to manage a core IT architecture. Your mission is to ensure the platform's daily operational stability, support traders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Our firm provides candidate sourcing and screening through a recruitment process on a human scale.
Roles:
Provide daily Front Office user support and maintain continuous communication.
Resolve incidents in collaboration with cross-functional Murex support teams.
Perform regular production monitoring and platform maintenance.
Partner with developers to resolve issues and propose system enhancements.
Ensure effective cooperation with local support teams across 5 countries.
Deliver product training sessions to end-users.

Maîtrise de le langue anglaise à haute niveau (très importante), français (atout)
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience pertinente (expérience offshore, un atout).
Expertise des marchés financiers : dérivés de crédit, Fixed Income, Repo et dérivés de taux.
Maîtrise de la valorisation, des sensibilités et des outils MX.III (Pricing, Simulation, Market Data).
Excellentes compétences relationnelles et aptitude à gérer des parties prenantes exigeantes (Traders).
EN:
High proficiency in English (essential); French is an asset.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (offshore experience is an asset).
Deep understanding of financial markets: Credit Derivatives, Fixed Income, Repo, and IRD.
Proficient in valuation, sensitivities, and MX.III tools (Pricing, Simulation, Market Data).
Outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management expertise (Traders).

Mode Hybride : Présentiel complet durant l'intégration (3 mois), puis 2 à 3 jours de télétravail.
Type de poste : Priorité au poste permanent (ouvert au statut Freelance/Incorpo).
International : Priorité aux profils locaux (Québec, Canada) ; ouvert à l'international sous réserve d'un projet d'immigration concret. Pas de travail à distance à 100% depuis l'étranger possible.
Salaire : Entre 80 000 et 100 000 CAD selon expertise (estimation de notre cabinet de recrutement, à valider plus tard).

Hybrid Mode: 5 days on-site for the 3-month onboarding, followed by 2-3 days of remote work.
