Tâches

  • Calculer les dimensions et les tolérances des pièces de machines
  • Mesurer et disposer les pièces en vue de l'assemblage
  • Lire et interpréter des dessins techniques, des plans, des graphiques et des tableaux
  • Régler et ajuster les machines/outils de production
  • Ajuster et assembler les composantes et les pièces détachées de machine pour ajuster les tolérances
  • Entretenir, réparer et étalonner des instruments de mesure de précision
  • Documenter et relever tout écart par rapport aux spécifications et aux tolérances
  • Tenir des dossiers de contrôle et rédiger des rapports d'inspection
  • Vérifier les dimensions des outils usinés et des pièces à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision (p.ex. micromètre, compas d'épaisseur)
  • Régler et utiliser des machines-outils conventionnelles et contrôlées par ordinateur
  • Vérifier, à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision, si les dimensions des produits sont exactes et conformes aux spécifications

Titres de compétence (certificats, permis, affiliations, cours, etc.)

  • Certificat de qualification de machiniste
  • Certificat de qualification d'outilleur-ajusteur/outilleuse-ajusteuse
  • Sceau Rouge de machiniste
