Your new roleAs a Developer (Contract-to-Perm), you will play a critical role in onboarding new customers onto the NPC platform. This work involves abination of configuration updates, code changes, and significant database development.Your workload will typically be split as follows:

• 30% Database work – SQL development, stored procedures, optimization
• 70% Coding – C#, B2B integrations, application enhancements

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
What you’ll need to succeedMust Have (4+ years):

• Strong experience with C# 7.0
• Excellent SQL skills
• Proficiency with SQL Server 2019+, including stored procedures
• Experience with GitHub or any modern version control system
• Strong analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellentmunication skills (verbal and written)

Good to Have (3+ years):

• ASP.NET WebForms framework 4.7
• Web API development
• XML expertise
• Experience with React.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript

Nice to Have:

• Integration experience (B2B, APIs, systems integration)
• Knowledge of AWS
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
