Full-Time Project Manager for Paid Ads Agency (Remote – EST Time Zone)

Job Overview

We’re a paid ads agency that helps brands scale through data-driven performance marketing. Our team runs advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms, delivering measurable ROI for clients across North America.

We’re hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee client communication, coordinate campaign execution, and hold teams accountable. This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who thrives in a structured environment and understands how paid advertising agencies operate. We are specifically looking for someone who takes ownership of client accounts and can manage relationships both internally and externally, and brings a high level of problem-solving ability to the role.

You’ll be the connection between the client and the ad managers, ensuring projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients stay informed and confident.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients

- Coordinate deliverables between clients and ad managers

- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet quality standards

- Oversee and send weekly/monthly performance reports

- Follow our documented workflows and processes

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and communication

- Keep all projects on track and proactively resolve bottlenecks

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in project management or account management at a paid ads or performance marketing agency

- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads

- Experience managing multiple client accounts and communicating between ad managers, leadership and client stakeholders

- Experiencing building and following SOPs

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients

- Proactive problem solver with strong follow-through

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.

- Fluent English communication (written and verbal)

- Available full-time (40 hours/week) within the EST Time Zone

Compensation

$4000 - $5000 CAD/month - 40 hours per week (Depending on experience)

This is a full-time, long-term role with opportunities for growth as the agency scales.
