Position Overview: As a Straight Commission 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and attracting top talent to closing placements. This is a commission-only role, allowing for limitless earning potential based on your performance. You will have the flexibility to operate independently, but with access to all the support, tools, and resources to succeed. We’re looking for self-driven individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to build their own business within a recruitment framework. Financial resources will also be available to support your temporary and contingent contract placements, giving you added flexibility in your approach.

Key Responsibilities:

· Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different industries.

· Sales & Client Acquisition: Build relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and present suitable candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.

· Networking & Business Development: Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to network and build a pipeline of clients and candidates. Actively source new business opportunities.

· Negotiation & Closing: Engage with both clients and candidates to negotiate and finalize placements.

· Temporary/Contingent Contracts: Utilize available financial resources to support the placement of temporary and contingent contracts, ensuring smooth transition and payment.

· Maintain Database: Keep accurate records of candidates and client interactions within our ATS.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to share best practices, identify opportunities, and receive support where needed.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or corporate experience preferred).

· Strong sales ability with a track record of business development.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· High level of self-motivation, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

· Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

· Experience using an ATS or willingness to quickly learn and adapt.

· Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and driving new business.

· A go-getter attitude with a passion for recruiting and sales.
