We are seeking a bilingual Integration & Applications Specialist to join our IT team. This is a newly established and evolving role that supports both our internal teams and our national franchise network across Canada.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working in a lean, fast‑paced environment. You will support business applications, assist with system integrations, contribute to internal development initiatives, and help ensure our franchise partners are supported with reliable, user‑friendly technology. The role is remote‑based within the Greater Toronto Area, with the expectation that the employee can attend an office location as operations require.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting internal users and franchise partners across Canada
- Assisting with API integrations and data connections between systems
- Supporting EDI setup and onboarding for vendors, partners, and franchise operations
- Helping develop, enhance, and support internal applications and web-based tools
- Supporting the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency
- Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and franchise stakeholders
- Providing support, communication, and documentation in English and French
What We’re Looking For
- Post‑secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of experience in IT, application support, systems integration, or development
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, or application/web development
- Experience supporting end users or customers in a distributed or multi‑location environment
- Comfortable working in a lean team with evolving priorities
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn
- Strong communication and customer‑focused mindset
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal) is considered an asset
- Experience supporting a national franchise, retail or multi-site operations is an asset
- Exposure to EDI, automation tools or AI-enabled solutions is an asset

Location
This position is remote‑based within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) at this time. While the role is currently performed remotely, the organization reserves the right to modify work location arrangements, including transitioning this role to a hybrid or fully on‑site position in the event an area office is established or business requirements change.

Compensation
We’re committed to offering competitive and fair compensation. The expected salary range for this position is $70, -$90, per year, plus on-call compensation. Where you land within this range will depend on your skills, experience, and the expertise you bring to the role. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional proficiency and mastery may be considered for the higher end of the range, while those meeting core requirements typically start closer to the midpoint.
