Ubie is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of our B2B SaaS solutions for healthcare providers and payers. In this role, you will operate in an LLM-native environment, leveraging generative AI to transform clinical workflows, patient data insights, and decision support systems.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within B2B SaaS or the Healthcare industry.
• Technical Fluency: Comfort working in an LLM-native environment. You have a background as a Software Engineer (professional coding experience) before transitioning into Product Management, and understand how to leverage AI/ML technologies to solve user problems.
• Data Literacy: Strong ability to use data to inform decisions (SQL knowledge or experience with analytics tools is a plus).
• User-Centric: A proven track record of conducting user discovery (interviews, prototyping) to uncover deep user needs.

What You’ll Work On 💻

As a PM for our B2B vertical, you will own the product lifecycle for provider-facing solutions.

• Healthcare SaaS for HCPs: Design and launch new SaaS products that improve clinical workflows and provide actionable patient data insights.
• AI-Powered Innovation: Build and scale LLM-powered services. You will work in an environment where LLMs are deeply integrated into the product and the development process (AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and knowledge retrieval).
• Data-Driven Solutions: Leverage structured data (EHR/claims) and unstructured data (clinical notes) to drive provider efficiency and better health outcomes.
• Global Scale: Develop provider-first solutions that scale across different healthcare systems worldwide.
