What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through:Develop specialized product content (Feed, Ag Equipment, Animal Health, farm fencing) and deliver training to Agro staff.
Support talent acquisition and onboarding in collaboration with the Agro Manager, Hardware Supervisor, and Sales Leads.
Who you are: You are interested in a career in sales & customer service and:
Training and experience in Ag/Farm/Animal Health/Feed
You have a High School diploma
Class 5 Drivers License
Ability to maintain and grow an extensive customer contact program
Project estimating education/experience is an asset
1+ years’ Supervisory experience is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service Skills
You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including evenings, holidays and weekends.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
