As a Labourer, you'll play an essential role in keeping restoration and construction projects moving. You'll work with experienced crew members, operate tools and equipment, and help ensure job sites stay clean, safe, and organized. This is a great opportunity to build your skills, gain experience across multiple service lines, and grow your career in a supportive team environment.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LABOURERAs a Labourer, you're right in the action, helping turn damaged spaces into fresh starts. You'll load up the truck, gear up, and head to sites where every job brings something different. One day, you might be clearing debris or setting up equipment; the next, helping with demolition or cleanup after a major restoration. You'll learn from experienced teammates, master the tools of the trade, and take pride in leaving each site safer and better than when you arrived. Your hard work and drive keep projects on track and customers one step closer to getting their spaces back.QualificationsBasic knowledge of tools, materials, and construction or cleaning techniquesStrong work ethic and willingness to learn on the jobProficient in using mobile devices and relevant applicationsBasic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteEffective communication skills and a positive team attitudeValid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstractFit test and other safety certifications Includes participation in a rotating on-call scheduleAbility to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gearWho We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
