Accounts Payable Clerk

About the Opportunity

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing.
• Process 20–30 vendor invoices daily while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive business relationships.

• Experience managing the full-cycle accounts payable process in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to process 20–30 invoices per day with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong experience performing vendor statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
