Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Controls & Compliance Analyst plays a strategic role in strengthening the organization’s financial governance and operational integrity. This key position focuses on stabilizing core finance and business processes, designing and implementing robust internal control frameworks, and delivering high-impact compliance and risk management solutions. Working closely with Finance leadership and Operations teams, the role translates business risks into actionable controls, promotes a culture of accountability and transparency, and ensures the performance, reliability, and sustainability of financial processes.
