Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking Facility Assistants to join our team in Virden, MB, with opportunities available for candidates at all levels of experience—Facility Assistant I, II or III.Parrish & HeimbeckerP&H’s roots go back over 115 years. - Contributing to the movement of grain by loading/unloading shipments
- Collecting and testing grain samples
- Handling and delivering crop input products
- Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
- Performing exceptional customer service duties
- Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming
- Experience working in a customer service role is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
- Must be able to work in environments subject to dust and allergens
- Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions
