Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Conseiller aux Ventes Internes. Vos responsabilités seront  :

• Traiter toutes les commandes reçues par voie électronique, téléphonique, ou par télécopieur ;
• S’assurer de placer des commandes spéciales pour les articles manquants ;
• Faire le suivi des commandes des clients ainsi que de leur « backorders » (BO) ;
• Conseiller le client sur les pièces requises, à l’aide de dessins techniques ;
• Effectuer des estimations de coûts selon les données techniques fournies par le client ;
• Procurer du soutien aux représentants sur la route ;
• Constamment à jour ses connaissances techniques.
