Nanny Wanted - Seeking After School Nanny In North Vancouver, Bc $28/Hourly

Position: Part-Time Nanny Location: North Vancouver, BC Start Date: September 1, 2025 Compensation: $25/hour Schedule • Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM • Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM • Thursday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM • Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM • Additional hours available for Pro D Days and occasional evenings if interested About Our Family We’re an active, outdoorsy family in North Vancouver with two amazing kids (ages 8 and 10) and a friendly 4-year-old German Shorthair Pointer. We’re looking for a reliable and caring nanny to become an integral part of our family unit. There are two households involved for Mom's house and Dad's house, and each week it rotates. Opportunity for additional shifts on Pro D Days and occasional evenings. Role & Responsibilities • School pick-up at 3:00 PM (2:00 PM early dismissal on Wednesdays) • Drive children to and from after-school activities (mileage reimbursed) • Supervise and engage the kids in outdoor play, crafts, games, etc. • Help facilitate and supervise playdates to foster healthy social dynamics • Prepare healthy snacks and occasional simple dinners • Support with light housekeeping (e.g., unloading dishwasher, tidying surfaces, etc) • Encourage age-appropriate responsibility and independence • Support with homework if needed • Be prepared to provide basic medical care (e.g., administering medication) if needed What We’re Looking For • Experience with similar aged children • Kind, patient, and confident with a calm and curious approach • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle • Comfortable around dogs • Enjoys being outdoors and active • Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to shifting family needs • Comfortable working within a respectful co-parenting dynamic • Willingness to contribute to light household work when time allows (ex: if kids are on playdates) If you're an energetic, responsible nanny who enjoys spending time with school-aged kids and wants to be part of a warm and welcoming family, we'd love to hear from you!
