Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have full accountability for regional revenues, profitability, customer retention, and market expansion.You will oversee Area Managers, large-scale project teams, scaffolding and emerce functions, ensuring strongmercial execution, disciplined sales processes, and effective space management. Acting as a seniormercial leader, you will build and execute regional growth strategies, strengthen key client relationships, and position the business as a trusted partner for major contractors and strategic accounts.Working closely with Operations and Technical leadership, you will ensure operational readiness, technical alignment, and seamless project delivery.
