Nanny Wanted - House Manager/Nanny Four Kids. Big Smiles. Busy Household. 35 Hrs/Week. Driver’s License Required!

We are a busy, welcoming family seeking an experienced, organized, and confident House Manager / Nanny to support our household and care for our four children. This role is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys both childcare and keeping a household running smoothly.

We value reliability, communication, and initiative, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable managing multiple children and household responsibilities independently.

Schedule & Hours

• Monday to Friday, 12 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 PM (35 hours per week)
• Occasional evenings or weekends may be required with advance notice

About the Role

During school hours, the role focuses on house management and meal preparation. After school, the focus shifts to childcare, routines, and transportation.

House Management Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

• Light tidying and organizing of the kitchen and main living areas
• Preparing and packing school lunchboxes
• Preparing the family dinner, serving the children their meal after school, and putting the parents’ portion away for later reheating
• Resetting the kitchen and main floor before the end of the shift
• Assisting with household laundry
• Grocery shopping and light errands
• Weekly interior cleaning of the family vehicle

We value initiative and reliability, but we do not expect every task to be completed every day — communication and prioritization are key.

Childcare Responsibilities

• Picking up children from school and preschool using the family vehicle
• Caring for the children until parents return home
• Driving to after-school activities and appointments
• Providing snacks and dinner for the children
• Supporting homework routines and checking school communication
• Maintaining a calm, structured after-school environment
• Tidying related to childcare activities

Ideal Candidate

• Has prior experience caring for multiple children (experience with 3 strongly preferred)
• A Confident managing routines, transitions, and busy afternoons
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Enjoys a combination of childcare and house management
• Reliable driver with a clean driving record
• Seeking a long-term position
