Deadline to Apply is, Friday, August 28th, 2026 What You’ll Do: You’ll support clients and internal operations across a range of administrative, organizational, and process-driven work.
Client Support Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization Support meetings with notes, action items, and follow-ups Update tasks and projects in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com Create SOPs, templates, and process documentation Support light CRM updates, bookkeeping, and basic social media coordination Adapt to each client’s style and communicate clearly with client teams Internal Support Assist Northern Primrose leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp Help improve internal processes and workflows Participate in training and ongoing development Tools You’ll work in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Asana, CRMs, Zapier, and other modern platforms.
