Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Burlington area. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, production, or operations experience who is comfortable operating Cherry Picker and Raymond Reach equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Forklift Operator will support daily warehouse operations through order picking, packing, inventory counts, put-away, sorting, RF scanning, and general warehouse support. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and the potential to grow into a long-term role. Key Responsibilities - Operate Cherry Picker and Raymond Reach equipment safely and efficiently. - Pick, pack, sort, and prepare customer orders accurately. - Use an RF scanner to track inventory movement and complete order tasks. - Assist with inventory counts, put-away, and warehouse organization. - Assemble cardboard boxes and support packing station needs. - Complete data entry, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.

Pay: $20.73/hr
