Job description

Principales responsabilités

  • Soutenir de grands environnements de serveurs RHEL et Windows : dépannage, gestion proactive, gestion de la sécurité, sauvegardes, exploitation et optimisation.
  • Aider à soutenir les environnements de virtualisation, y compris les produits hypervisor et les composants de sauvegarde / stockage.
  • Aide à la gestion et au support des environnements RedHat.
  • Planifier et mettre en œuvre les changements de systèmes d'exploitation, les mises à jour de logiciels et les mises à niveau vers de nouvelles versions et les correctifs de sécurité requis.
  • Fournir une assistance sur les projets impliquant de nouveaux déploiements de serveurs RHEL et Windows en utilisant les normes et pratiques du département.
  • Comprendre les mesures / rapports de performance des systèmes et maintenir la capacité et la performance des systèmes.
  • Examiner et interpréter les alarmes et proposer les mesures correctives nécessaires, gérer et analyser les incidents (conformément aux exigences sectorielles et contractuelles) pour satisfaire nos clients.
  • Être proactif dans l'amélioration continue et participer activement à l'automatisation des actions récurrentes.
  • Produire et réviser la documentation des systèmes sous son contrôle.
  • Travailler en conformité avec les normes ITIL.
  • Soutien d'un environnement 24/7 avec rotation des téléavertisseurs. Possibilité de travailler en dehors des heures de bureau selon les besoins du client (Déploiements, gestion des incidents).

Qualifications essentielles

  • Un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans l'administration de systèmes VMware dans un environnement de production.
  • Connaissance des environnements Windows et RHEL
  • La certification Microsoft Windows et RHEL sont des atouts.
  • Bonne connaissance des technologies Hyper V, KVM un atout.
  • Une solide connaissance des différentes versions de Windows et d'Active Directory (2008 +).
  • Connaissance de Microsoft SQL Server, IIS.
  • Maîtrise des services DNS, DHCP
  • Une personne qui comprend les outils d'automatisation et d'orchestration comme DSC, Group Policy, Ansible et les outils de gestion de code (GIT).
  • Compétences en développement logiciel et expérience avec PowerShell, Python, Perl, C / C ++, etc.
  • Expérience du scripting Powershell. Bash, Python sont des atouts.
  • Solide expérience dans les technologies de sauvegarde et DRP telles que Zerto, Scality, NetBackup, Commvault, Veeam.
  • La connaissance de LEMSS, EPO, CA-UIM est considérée comme un atout.
  • Connaissance des concepts de réseau et de pare-feu.
  • Connaissance des principes de sécurité (hardening)
  • La connaissance des serveurs HP et des boîtiers HP est un atout.
  • La connaissance de la gestion des environnements SAN et NAS est un atout.
  • La connaissance d'AWS, Azure est un atout.
