Job description

Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive store performance through effective sales leadership, KPI management, and daily goal execution
  • Build strong relationships with clients and consignors to increase loyalty, repeat business, and referrals
  • Lead from the front by actively engaging customers and supporting the team on the sales floor
  • Foster a culture focused on luxury service, clienteling, and relationship building
  • Partner with buying and merchandising teams to ensure a compelling assortment of merchandise is presented on the sales floor
  • Oversee all store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, loss prevention, and daily execution
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top retail talent while creating a positive and accountable team culture
  • Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation, and operational standards consistently meet expectations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute business strategies and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams and consistently deliver sales results
  • Passion for fashion, designer brands, luxury retail, and the luxury resale industry
  • Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing retail teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong operational acumen with experience managing inventory, scheduling, and store processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial retail environment
  • Self-motivated leader who is highly visible, engaged, and accountable for results
